I was new to shells last year and it wasn't always

the case that they r/s split them. I guess now a days,they want
the old shareholders out of the way.From time to time, I would
monitor other shell boards, like TRDX. Some great posters there,
but some badgered the hell out of the company. I think the
owners don't want to deal with legacy holders or shell players.

THey are speculating r/s here because Yorum already did that
with his other shell. But, he has had others in the past-years
ago that he didn't. Also some of the shells are running hard after
r/s..like CRGE..

who knows... BUt, i think the pps here is very low, given
that it has only 5 mill retail and 40 mill o/s. Compared
to IDAD that was 5 mill and 110 0/s....3 times as more shares
and it r/s split at .02....imho r/s here would be much higher..

but, again, it depends what Co. is going into the shell.

again all of this is my opinion
