I just think they need to better utilize the marketing firm they hired... I've heard nothing but great and positive things about anyone who has had interaction and experience with them and they've all said the quality is top notch.. also proven with previous awards so not sure what the real hold up (or I should say holding the price down) other than poor marketing and advertising
