Handl, it is a very complicated issue. The moment they cancel the A-shares, the company is up for grabs. They, and we, lose protection.

They basically cannot do it below $3. Unless, they can put some more power in the hands of Garrett and other parties they can trust. But all that has to be thought through.

I am telling you, A-shares, buybacks, a new CFO, none of this matters. They have to speed up the TRW distribution. Get the share price up. Finance the company.

Do you also think that the unanimity required now for issuing new shares is worthless as well?
