Yes - 100m. But it doesn’t mean that it will be exercised. NP has stated he plans to hold off until double digit stock price. I believe that the approval will help with the Nasdaq uplist in terms of satisfying our cash position Requirement. It gives the company liquidity - much needed for approval since we didn’t have the required cash on hand.
