The underwriters have spent the last two days talking to instit investors, so ctso is being placed with owners that we have all been hoping would come in. It has been up-sized to 50mil so there has been huge demand. This is all good stuff. They can't sell filters that they can't make, we need a larger facility. We are getting recognized out there. Stop wining.
