Because they/he spent 5 million of investor money on his own salary, ownership - lease of the LA real estate, and an ongoing investigation of the SEC, litigation over the key Broadcasting contract with Sino-TV, all leading to zero value for shareholders.

Now management is focused on hyping this Company with no value, in my opinion, and sell management shares at whatever price it can obtain over zero per share which may actually be fraudulent in my opinion.
