So jps got dividends B4 the NWS? This is the first I'm hearing this.
Been here almost 13 years, and from what I know all shares were denied dividends the day the conservatorship started.

You're claim sounds in tort against da Gooberment and FnF won't be paying dividends until they meet the new capital requirements. Nothing needs to be settled with preferred or common direct claims as they've been denied. Just need to settle derivative claims then it's off to the common $FNMA~ $FMCC~ races. You're preferred will still trade sub par. That's good news... Sorta :-D
