In addition to the increase they are still holding. I'm sure they know what we dont know yet. They wouldn't increase their positions wrecklessly like an amature trader would.

Once it went below $5 it was technically a penny stock...when it hit the OTC it definitely was. We don’t know what they have done since March 31. People seem to be confusing the filing date of a 13F with the “as of” date for the reported holding.
