Hard to believe that it is 18 days to get a test result back. Maybe in some of the "hot spots". In the Northeast generally, a PCR test can be in your electronic medical file the same day at most of the drive-through testing centers. If you know how to look in your file you will have results days before your doctor calls you. If there are delays that long the testing could be spotty at best as the sample is not suppose to sit with reagents for that long.
Right now you still have alot of hype with DECN, besides the dream of making riches on a stock Bozo Berman has tapped into the hysteria of testing stating his test;
- is point of care and quick
- does not require expensive equipment
- does not require a nose swab
- is cheap
While Bozo's PR guy states 95% specicifity he fails to state the test meets all the requirements the FDA has mandated GenViro meet. Nor did he disclose what testing requirements the FDA mandated. Does a new EUA or Pre EUA need to filed for the saliva test, I would think so.
Would a saliva test be a 30/30 requirement or is a more stringent test needed.
The PR did not disclose any testing results besides a vague 95%. If this is so earth shattering you would think Bozo Berman would would publish his testing results. After all, this is just not another ho hum PCR test, this is Nobel Prize worthy according to Bozo's pal.
