The purpose of the LOI is that it keeps all parties on either side from courting and looking around for other companies to align with....if Clx and UST want to carry their plan out it has to be with PASO as the LOI is legally binding. However, yes they could formally undo it but as it sits today this basket of synergistic companies is aligned with one another
