They are selling shares at .0005, ordinary shares on the public market. Which means no reverse split safety for the buyers. Which means they will need to pump it with news a healthy distance over .0005 for the investors to turn a profit. This will be over .002 before the end of August. Then they will sell and it will come back down and most likely reverse split. But you better bet your ass they have something decent planned for the new investors entering at .0005.
