Post from today! techxen2 07:07 AM $CTSO The offering should not have surprised me as it did, seeing that BARDA gave us a swift kick out the door with an official letter they were not going to fund any studies here in the US. So that together with the need to expand their mfg capacity and R&D support for some of the new trials that they plan to start (e.g. anti-thromboti removal) necessitated them raising the money at this time. I think this will raise will be viewed positively by the investment community however as several others have pointed out.
