I can prove bad things already happened. I can also prove current shareholders who are not part of the class action suit will get Zero money for their shares. Just read any one of these items

In these reports one will plainly see that all three BioAmber companies were included in the liquidation and all but some office equipment was sold for $4.3 mil to Visolis/LCY. It’s pretty plain and simple if one were to read the reports and court docs.
