Imagine if you are selling at this level and the IND application is filed and the pps runs to .05 within minutes

Then the FDA rejects the application due to something that was over looked and price goes to sub penny.

Imagine Kenny not telling SHs it was filed in mid August (not hard to imagine). Then no one would know, and the PPS would continue to fade downward. Then imagine he tells SHs in Dec it got rejected, but don't worry a new Phase 1 filing is being worked on. Scorn the Phase 2b rejection, or celebrate a forthcoming Phase 1 with much higher odds of approval? I suspect celebration would erupt.
