Mexico does not allow mining without valid mining concessions, permits, etc. There is no record that AABB or its affiliates/subsidiaries have any concessions or mining operations.

That is "legitimate proof". If you have information otherwise, please share. A concession name and number? A lat/long for the mining operations. Anything?
