ARI (9.55) is another commercial REIT that I own in addition to GPMT. It's much less leveraged at 1.6 debt/equity and declared a $0.35 quarterly dividend on 6/16 for a hefty yield of 14.7%.
For the month of April, 99% of interest payments were collected. They do have significant exposure in NYC (36%), so that's a potential negative.
It's currently trading at a 34% discount to book value of 14.52 after the CECL adjustment.
