Spot on locicat. Misinformation on Regulatory, and MM here. Smoke and mirrors again, and a Shellgame with Cytocom too it appears. I have seen my share of Smoke and Mirrors in biotech for 30 years, and IMUN/Cytocom are like the worst of them.
Personally I have been involved in leadership with 3 different "Phase 3 drugs" at exec-level in R&D, and Cytocom/IMUN is at "pre-IND" stage with LDN. And none of these well-funded programs was Phase 3 ready until successfully completing a Phase 1 and Phase 2, AND havong had a decent End of Phase 2 meeting with FDA.
