I agree but would say “share available FOR issuance” doesn’t matter. And even so .... 2.5bln is not a lot for OTC.

“Issued and Outstanding” is what we want to focus on .... with restricted shares in the mix, management gets “diluted” as well .... what’s good for us is good for them!

Every new share issued dilutes the value of the stock. AABB did not just add 1.6 Billion shares to the Authorized , not to use them. They just did the last increase several months ago and have pretty much blown thru them already.
