700MM share cancellation being actively pursued.
Q: are the notes finished converting and any news on the 700 million shares being retired?
A: The outstanding will be updated in the 10q along with the other liabilities. We are working diligently to get the share issue resolved with the entities being offshore and how they were set up makes its a challenge to resolve quickly
Q: Is there any doubt that the share issue will not be resolved?
A: It’s always been contingent on the court system , we wouldn’t be pursuing it if it wasn’t in the best interest of the company
