Not likely it was rejected. More likely that Vietnam didn’t reopen its borders quickly enough to allow the eggs in. And Kim decided that would cause too much of a delay between the RS/Uplist and a production announcement.

Possibly Kim was waiting til the 11th hour to at least announce that the eggs were there. He saw that it wasn’t going to happen in time so he decided to wait.

That’s one reasonable possibility. And a welcome one according to many here.

But then the quiet period would be over and we’d have an explanation. We just don’t know why and we need an explanation. Being “rejected” by the NASDAQ is far down on the list of likely scenarios. I think.

To many, it will be viewed as a positive since the reverse split could be completely off the table. The bogeyman fear of a reverse split could finally be dead and buried! Go KBLB!
