Any combination of drugs is to usually maximize therapeutic benefit. Combing several MOA’s can allow for improved benefit. I’m all for whatever gets Brilacidin to trial quicker. It will be run as a solo agent as well.

IMO. We in the US are restricted to pay to play lobbyist and it is hindering the ability for small biotech companies to push to the forefront. Because of this, we may be able to utilize a smaller dose in combination with an approved emergency use drug that has worldwide acceptance and distribution. It would enable our drug to be administered right away until the Q4 study shows Brilacidin both very effective and safe on it's own. It would be of great help to Brilacidin's resume if utilized in combination with good results before the study kicks off.

"What am i missing?"

What I believe Leo is doing is the following;...

Remember, he stated in a previous PR that discussions are continuing...

I believe he threw in the Remdesivir comment to add pressure to the other parties, he is in discussions with, as a ploy to increase what deal he is working on.

It's that or he is trying to get more attention, in the real world, regarding our capabilities with Brilacidin.

Or both!
