If this had legs it could not have went from .70+ in early January to .01. This was after the reverse split. Every promotion since has resulted in a return to.01.Earnings do not support the companies liabilities thus the heavy dilution. Tell me something fundamental that would support the share price? This is a story stock at this point so only the promotions will make it run. I have really been impressed with its ability to support .01. Lower high after a heavy promotion this time may change that...
