That was the "market maker" putting in the final total of trades that he made for either a seller or a buyer during the course of todays totals. MM have the ability to hit the number because they control the game and the seller and buyer have a target range for him to either buy or sell. It would not have been a large trade that happened to occur at the exact time of market closing.
