we've got grounds galore tex. but lawyers cost a lot and chas is probably 'judgement proof,' meaning he's got nothing to sue him for. why he doesn't give over the company willingly to those who would know how to make it work? my guess is it feels good and important to be able to say he's ceo of this company, then tell people impressive sounding things about it--and by extension, himself. he's a screwy guy...
