Its may be big to you, but its no big deal to me, I can not be forced an to any belief, I study them all, blend them all, and make the belief that works for me, I do not even expect one person to follow my belief, as it is truly mine, and mine only,,,I will let me actions, decide my faith,,,and I truly am claim to win the Hawaii iron man at over the golden age, 50,,,which will put me as number one athlete to walk this earth,,,

Latest improvement, after 5 hours riding, instead of eating and sleeping, I meditete, and pray,,,talk about going deep, now where do i concentrate my prayers, do I send them up into the sky??? No,,,I implod them into my heart,,,and how do I receive them, it is usually right that second, my heart shows me the light, end of the tunnel, or the solution to my prayer, then I start a whole new bike ride, funny, my second bike ride, is so much more powerful,,,
