I imagine we’d find out target merger closing date in the Q4 DA. Likely could be as long as a year but I’d expect them to move a bit quicker than that as they extended the original DA date to allow more time for DD, etc. Thoughts??

Yep, just think of TRU's part of this ever-evolving/emerging growth equation as strictly a covid angle right Roofus! Even if that's all TRU's involvement is, their partnership alone could be worth BILLIONS, that's the part that goes so far over most penny players heads they just move on with early profits thinking these once in a lifetime opportunities never present themselves on the OTC, when they actually do, but it's usually only a handful or a half dozen times over a 40 year OTC trading career that we find ourselves even fortunate enough to stumble across them right glty:)
