Just a bit of accumulation going on here. Don't want to by too much too fast cause price will go up that much higher. Smart investors know what time it is. Letting the weak hands get inpatient and sell out. Soon as the financials drop this going to .01+ and never look back.
I don't know how most brokers work but I'm guessing if someone does sell then they'd have to wait 2 days for the $ to become available to buy back in. Just FYI in case you're considering it. Could be big mistake if that powder isn't dry...
