Last I heard the SEC is to present its remedy by July 23rd and Solomon has until August 8th to respond. I never heard of the defendant having a say in his conviction. That's the last thing I have heard. We've been encouraging Harry not to weaken in his position. Send him an email or call him if you get a moment.
