I am glad you got your wish granted, despite it being 7 years later. I've simply NEVER wanted this at this level because of the potential for a disastrous, and IMHO, inevitable outcome, the additional fallout of the lower courts now putting on the brakes while awaiting "guidance" from SCOTUS and the essential removal of settlement negotiations (despite t=never having a chance at a real settlement) goes away. I hope your wish for SCOTUS to review bears fruit for all. I am just not optimistic with history as our guide.

It would be great if the SCOTUS could render a decision based on ALL the facts; to include all the underlying shenanigans, manipulations, and outright plot to capture Fannie and Freddie's books of business while dumping mountains of bad paper on them for profit purposes, knowing the corporations would eat the bad paper with the government's blessings. As it is, none of the courts know the full story and eventually, the wash water will be so diluted over time, nothing will ever be cleaned and the shareholders will just end up soaked!
