Personally I think your perception is a little warped. the Dow is down 60 points right now so the whole Market is not a big. In fact the whole Market is not up. We are down a little over 3% I don't consider that big for this stock either. Stock will go up 30 or 40% on good enough news. I can speculate people are shifting money trying to find stocks that are moving right now. I can also speculate some people are short or playing options then it won't go up unaware of the pending news on several fronts.
