1. Legit with DKMR.
2. Committing fraud AGAINST XFC MMA President Myron Malotky.
3. Conspiring WITH XFC MMA President Myron Malotky to commit fraud on investors.

Chances are he's conspiring WITH. They're creating the website, issuing news releases, announcing applications for tryouts. Then they'll have tryouts, maybe a few matches, then after they've collected a gazillion dollars announce "hey it didn't work out" to the stockholders and retire.
