Best way to answer that is by simply reading PASO's last quarterly earnings report and seeing how many Restricted 144 shares Gonzalez and his family already fully control of this PASO public vehicle k PickPen glty;)

PS: I also have no doubt that many of those over +300M newly issued Restricted 144 Shares will have to be divided up amongst the participating joint venture partners on closing;)
