They won't pay anything near what Leo likely wants until they are absolutely sure there is no chance they'll get it of the dumpster heap like IPIX did.

Prior to the COVID reinvigoration IPIX was heading for the dumpster heap and likely would have signed the best of any B-OM deal they could to stay alive.

We are very fortunate for the pandemic.
