Dangerous assumption, considering management and insiders control a vast majority of the shares. If they want to split, retail shareholders would be powerless to stop it. Just like we were the last time.

You should. Whatever awesome potential you hope we have is largely undercut by the reality of toxic debt.
The fact that this is the only way for the company to raise money, lacking any whiff of private equity or industry interest, should concern everyone. Because it’s hard to argue that industry and private investors see any value in putting their money here.
