My guess is there ain’t gonna be no 8k.

Somebody is buying the stock, because clearly it is being “carried” at this tight range (.035 - 04).

My concern is no news soon, PCTL could break below .03.

Management seems to be in La-La land, where the PPS is concerned.

What we should be doing is hitting the auditors FB page, Better Business Bureau, their website and calling them for updates on our fins. You cant 8k that, but you can get them off their arses with our contact.
