NO COERCION = no overturning of the conservatorship. This was the primary hope of many common shareholders that viewed Washington Federal as the potential White Knight to end this saga, once and for all.
The Sweeney ruling is a major disappointment for me. And many others. I will say, however, that the dismissal is extremely well written, solid and pretty much bulletproof. I doubt it will be appealed, although Cacciapelle just filed for one in a move that surprised me.
