as of June 11th 2020 the Outstanding Share Count was 9,131,066 per filing dated 7/8/2020 and Authorized Share Count was 500 million.

I have been trying to contact the Transfer Agent to get Current Outstanding Share Count, and did email the correct person on Friday.... hopefully I will get an answer tomorrow and I will post.
