Yep I agree. As a CPA I will be targeting him with questions related to the financials regarding forecasted, potential and/or estimated revenues and product cost associated , any transfer of patents on existing products and definitely regarding the share structure as to how he will handle any authorized and outstanding shares.also if there are any notes or debts tied to this acquisition, and finally will he take this company private or acquire another ticker to trade on the exchanges. Just a few questions since he told me in the email that he will be open to a call in session before months end which is now 13 days away. . I'm just awaiting a link to the call in session..
