IF KBLB proves large commercial quantity, quality consistent material, Kim will want to expand the process with the additional facility posthaste.

In the event there is another snag in the production works (for whatever reason) Kim will first need to help alleviate the problematic situation...

Then proceed from there; not quite ready for expansion.


Appears to me the rationale is:




Either way, it may take up to 9 months or more to prove major ramp up potential....

Building another facility, without proving major scale productions can be met, could be argued as placing the cart before the horse.


3 million should be more than enough to prove major scale production...

Barring a myriad of unforeseen circumstances...

Going past that, is another case entirely.

he already has a massive production facility that he hasn't even used yet and wont be at capacity with for likely several years...so i dont see any rush to build something you dont need and cant use for some time...
