That begs the question
Since the answer to 2 is a may be, maybe not,. they wouldn't ot want to settle as fhfa head can be fired if no Scotus decision is pending ? (Goes back to interpretation of Seila)..

So in order to buy time and even if they want to settle, they will drag it B4 decision time. Right??
