I’ve spoken with Gary too regarding these stringent EPA guidelines, so I agree Gary has been extremely aware and cautious. Perhaps this PR is a bit of a disclaimer, but I can tell you legally, these companies fraudulently using the EPA number would directly be under fire from the EPA and not PCT.
