Okay so then you basically just confirmed that the company itself had been vetted by finra & Nevada SOS and shareholders voted for a 1:200 RS.

ok...so i'm thinking...isn't it around that time (7/7) that we noticed some heavy loading ? i'm not a seasoned trader so i'm just thinking out loud, did someone know(insiders) that there was going to be an RS..AND...it was only going to be 200 so they loaded as much as they could to offset. Maybe idf it's insiders tney know they have some real good information coming out that will make the reverse split worthwile which is why they loaded ? just wishful thinking maybe ?
