Once TransUnion and Availity and however many other partners are involved now announce themselves...then it's gonna be ALL about the contracts signed with what companies and what countries TRU themselves are obviously planning on signing.

So it's a very grave mistake if anyone out there thinks TRU would be involved if they didn't see MASSIVE/STAGGERING global growth potential far beyond just the USA, imho anyways:)
