MyScreen's private stock price is different then MyScreen's public price... private stock price doesn't matter in my opinion/no information other then old information/2008 fundamentals giving private stock price of $0.0119.... probably will drop too!!!!

myscreen is a private stock MyScreen was listed on other countries/global public exchanges. Trading on a private board(OTC pink sheets with no information/dark)

When MyScreen goes public trading will be on a public exchange (NASDAQ/global public trading)
Global trading on the Nasdaq requires 3 years of financials with minimum of $25 000 000.00 in revenues and minimum stock price of $5 per share.
When(real soon) MyScreen is publicly listed on a Global exchange(Nasdaq) fundamentals will be current with the last 3 years of financials. MyScreen public stock price should be a triple digit stock price with the SKY as your limit....with dividends.
only common shares... don't know if preferred shares have been issued.
What I do know is that we the retail shareholders hold 17% of outstanding common shares 137 000 000 and 4 individuals own around 68% of the rest of the common outstanding shares.....
so..... what is good for them (those four individuals) should be good for us
