An SEC investigation is never good, no matter what the circumstances. Not once have I seen the SEC investigate and clear a company. THe only time they will comment is when they find infractions. If you think the PPS is low now if the SEC announced an investigation people would run for the hills.

Be careful what you ask for, you just might get it and it often it's what you really wanted.
