I agree she can't be 100% full steam on the job when you are 87 and going through chemo. The only reason she stays on is because Trump is still the President. I have no proof and I agree that the staffers she has working for her are doing most of her work because they know that if she resigns/retires that spot is going to be appointed by Trump and they will be out of a job. They would rather do the work for her (and not get the credit) and keep the seat in hopes that she can hang on until another President.
