I don't believe he specifically meant they're dropping filings in 4 weeks. Just said within the next 4 weeks things will develop.

That's called "under-promising". Isn't it nice when a restaurant tells you there's a 45 min wait, and you get sat in 20?

It's a steal @ 2. Anyone that is able to buy and has some dry powder should add. Valuation reset should make this no less than .01 imho.
Financials with spac companies are complicated. So, getting them in order and taking some time to get them right is understandable. I'm thinking they will be done prior to month end, not 4 weeks.

Just look at FVAC with what they're dealing with adding MP Materials. Rare earth mineral play. For those that don't know about the sector most come from china and USA doesn't like china very much. They're needed for EV batteries and such. Needless to say how popular EV stocks have been recently.
