Condors rugby, business does not matter on penny stocks;

buyers vs. Sellers and what the company does work th their stock is all that matters. period.

NSPXD is more proof of that. The stock took off with a lot of buyers then reality hit that the company is still out of business and discounted free-trading stock will need to be absorbed by new buyers. News would help but it has no relevance to the value of anything.
