I think the key thing that's different than years ago, is the volume is consistently above 6-7 figures. Once this thing gets trading consistently in the millions, then we start seeing a light at the end of the tunnel for whenever they determine they can do a SPAC or IPO if MJ is descheduled at a federal level next few years.

there's more consistency for the average trader to purchase some of this company and hold if they feel it will grow.

based on the sheer number of volume this year, vs. same time last year, it's clear our float has not been updated because they have been oozing shares out into the public float (and not updating due to non-strict alternative reporting guidelines)

But the good thing is that cashflow has been great enough to invest in another facility (have not needed to raise more capital by increasing OS). This is a fine indication for me, and I look forward to the day they are able to IPO or get acquired --- although I would hate for the ticker "NUGS" to turn into something worse haha.
