People see the word dilution and get scared but it makes sense for the company as of right now.

The Dilution is just short term loans being converted into notes. Company deferred payment and then quickly announced $1.5m buy back which is essentially what we are seeing now in small chuncks. A lot of people say "just 1.5m? Why not more?" It's because they just recognized the revenue.

MMs are literally keeping the peace by not posting those trades. You see Big T trade sells and then offsetting Buys the next day. That's the buyback happening imo so I'm expecting 8m buy tmrw.

I'm definitely in the minority but I'm cool with the drop in price. Notes are converted at market price so it's in the companies best interest to drive price down then pay back.

I am not an expert and have my reservations as well, but when you deep dive it all makes sense.
